Job Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care assistance (e.g., mobility support, hygiene, feeding).
  • Support individuals with dementia, learning disabilities, and complex care needs.
  • Monitor vital signs and report changes in patients’ health conditions.
  • Collaborate with nurses, doctors, and care teams to deliver quality care.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Encourage participation in social and therapeutic activities.

Requirements

  • Experience in healthcare/care home setting (NHS experience required).
  • Right to work in the UK (Valid Passport, EU ID, Visa, or Birth Certificate).
  • Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain one).
  • Up-to-date immunization records (MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, TB).
  • Professional references covering the last two years.
  • Mandatory Training (Basic Life Support, PMVA, Manual Handling, Infection Control, and Online Modules).
