Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality care and support for individuals with mental health conditions.
  • Assist with personal care, mobility, hygiene, and feeding as needed.
  • Support patients with dementia, learning disabilities, and complex needs.
  • Administer medications and maintain accurate records.
  • Conduct risk assessments and crisis management.
  • Use PMVA de-escalation techniques and engage in talking therapies.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to deliver patient-centered care.

Requirements

  • Valid NMC Registration & Active PIN.
  • NHS Experience (Required).
  • Enhanced DBS Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Right to Work in the UK (Valid Passport, Visa, or Share Code).
  • Immunization & Fitness to Work Certification (MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, TB).
  • Mandatory Training (Basic Life Support, Manual Handling, PMVA, and Online Modules).
  • Professional References Covering the Last Three Years.
